Prices and Availabilty
Prices are to rent the property not per person.
High Season - 1st July to 30th September. The cost is £385 Per week (7 Nights)
£55 for each extra night
Mid Season - 1st April to 30th June and 1st October to 31st October. The cost is £252 Per week (7 Nights)
£36 for each extra night
Low season - 1st November to 31st March - £210 Per week (7 nights)
£30 for each extra night
Plus 50 euros one off payment per group, payable direct to our agent on site for cleaning/changeover to include linen, towels, etc
Property will accommodate 4 people.
Property will sleep an extra 5th person if necessary - surcharge for this £10 per night - plus a one off payment of 12 euros cleaning/ linen charge per stay.
- To secure a booking a 50% deposit (non refundable) is required the remainder to be paid 10 weeks prior to departure.
- A separate £100 damages/breakages cheque refundable if not required.
- The property is rented not only on a weekly basis but can be also booked for as many days as required.
For larger groups or families that wish to rent two properties a similar property is located in the same complex.
